Received Wrong Order?

I was very excited to donate/purchase the beautiful necklace. However when it arrived, it was unfortunately the wrong color. After contacting the company I was instructed to give it to a friend instead of returning it and the correct order would be sent out. Very sadly for me, it never arrived. My friend absolutely loves her necklace tho! It seems to have held up very nicely!
